Students from R. L. Turner said that they do not like the school lunch and it is worse than last year. Students have been quoted in saying that the food they are given is cold, and lacks in taste. Others have said that the food has caused serious stomach pains to several students.

“It is a load of rubbish, the school lunch has changed a lot since freshman year. I feel as though it should change for the better of the incoming students,” said Efrain Barbosa, senior.

Students said that there is some popular food, and that the other is just junk.

“Pizza is the only good popular food, the only food that taste good. The least favorite is chinese food, because almost nobody eats it,” said Kenia Funez, sophomore.

Lunch Problems

Students feel that the school's administration, should become involved in the type of food that is produced. this involvement would include better conditions of the food, tastier but healthier, and with that new varieties.

“Teachers should ask us, the students for ideas, so we can have a good meal everyday and that we will enjoy, not only for some days but in the years to come,” said Fernando Molina.

Students from R L Turner want the lunch to change, there has been some changes in the food to be healthy, but the students said that it does not taste the way it was before.

“We know the teachers want everyone to eat healthy, but if it doesn’t taste good how do they expect us to eat it,” said Walter Quezada.
