What is a conspiracy? An explanatory propositional theory? An agreement between two or more people in the criminal law committing a crime in the future? Or an evil, treacherous or surreptitious secret master plan created by two or more people? Well, it could be either of these definitions but, in most cases, conspiracy theories can be taken to an extreme. Take the original twenty dollar bill that came out in 1998 for example. Many people had came up with the idea that if you'd fold the bill in a sort of pentagonal way, you could see two towers bursting in flames, the twin towers that were attacked two years later the bill came out. Our government was basically telling us they were predicting the towers destruction. Or worse, they had planned it. Now, the new one hundred dollar bill that came out on October of 2013 has another secret story to tell. Some people have predicted that if you fold the bill in a pentagonal form and flip it up side down, you can see a missile heading down towards a city. If you turn it around, you can also see a wall of water rising up, apparently caused by the missile, supposed to be a tsunami, crashing against buildings. Many people think that this prediction they've summed up from the one hundred dollar bill will happen in maybe between two to twenty years though, they're not sure. But who knows, they could be wrong, they could be right. After all, it is a conspiracy theory.

Pot on the Playground
By: Sydney Palmer

Since January 1st recreational marijuana has been legalized for sell and usage of persons 21 and older in Colorado, but never did the law permit 4th graders to sell or even possess the drug. Just this happened on the playground of Monfort Elementary School in Greeley, Colorado; a 10 year old student in the 4th grade got caught green handed, selling a small amount of edible marijuana to three other 4th graders. The student was told on by a peer, who eligibly saw the transaction which profited the young boy $11. John Gates, director of safety and security for the school district spoke on the incident, he tells ABC News, "the students involved, three 10-year-old boys and a 10-year-old girl, faced tough punishment but no suspension or explosion" no other information of the students discipline was given by Gates, other than that police were called, but officials will not handle this as a criminal matter. The small amount of pot the boy had was legally purchased by his grandparents, and parents of the young boy claim he must of found it in the grandparents things. Principal of the elementary sent a letter home to all parents and students acknowledging the greater access to marihuana, but urges all parents and guardians to treat the drug as any other thing you wouldn't want your child to get into, and no student was harmed. Colorado's legislature is considering new safety regulations for marijuana edibles, including warning labels, etc.

Russian militants that have taken over Ukraine were reported to have passed out“registry” forms to Jewish people as they left their synagogue, forms requiring that they list the properties they own and pay a fee, or face the consequences: removal of citizenship, deportation, and confiscation of assets. A chairman of the temporary government over Ukraine, Denis Pushilin, denies to distributing the leaflets. Despite the identity of the distributors being inconclusive, the threats remain, leaving Ukrainian citizens uneasy.
